Fully restores HP and cures all status effects. Removes Profound Still effect from the player.

Does not remove the effects of hollowing.

- Chancellor Wellager sells one for 6,000 souls.
- Found near the path to Things Betwixt in Majula.
- Found in the Heide's Tower of Flame, on the way to the Old Dragonslayer boss.
- In Forest of Fallen Giants, on a root above the Cardinal Tower bonfire.
- Inside a cave in a chest near the large skeleton in Black Gulch.
- In Harvest Valley from the first bonfire, in the cave with Lonesome Gavlan in a metal chest (down in the poison mist).
- In Earthen Peak from second bonfire on corpse under the lift (next to room with Pate).
- One on the road right after the Shrine of Winter.
- Near the fog wall leading to the third bonfire in Shrine of Amana, follow the rock wall to the right.
- In the room before the two Imperious Knights in Undead Crypt.
- One can be found close to the Giant Lord in the Memory of Jeigh.
- Three in upper Earthen Peak on the broken walkway, Bonfire Intensity 2+ only.
- Next to the plank trap in Shaded Woods, Bonfire Intensity 2+ only.
- In Memory of Jeigh close to the boss. Bonfire Intensity 2+ only.
- Guaranteed drop from the two Giant Undead Boars by the Royal Army Campsite bonfire in Brightstone Cove Tseldora. They spawn only when Bonfire Intensity is 2 or above, and will not respawn.
- Two gifted from the Milfanito in Shrine of Amana and one from the Milfanito at Altar of Amana after you rescue the other Milfanitos.
