- **Hidden Sanctum Chamber**  
    To the left of the bridge above the spiked floor. Activated by hitting a switch on a wall near the narrow, broken staircase. (Video)

- **Lair of the Imperfect**  
    In the watery area.

- **Sanctum Interior**  
    Before the two Drakeblood Knights. at the top of a long staircase behind an illusory wall. Above the room with empty chests and the Drakeblood Set.

#### The Sanctum

---

- Soul of a Great Hero and 3x Dragon Charm behind the door opened by a switch.
- Contents of the chests in the room where you first encounter a Sanctum Knight: 
    - 50x Destructive Greatarrow
    - Catarina Helm
    - Soul Vessel
    - 5x Old Growth Balm
    - Titanite Slab
- Bonfire Ascetic in a wooden chest in the Sanctum Soldier ambush corridor.(not working in new patch)
- A Human Effigy is in the sand pit with the first Sanctum Priestess.
- There is some Repair Powder on the left in the narrow corridor.
- Past the staircase with a wall spike trap, there are two wooden chests containing 3x Bleed Stone and 3x Boltstone on the left and on the right, 3x Twinkling Titanite and 3x Petrified Dragon Bones.
- On the stairs there is a Soul of a Hero and a Human Effigy.
- In the previous room is a fake wall that can be activated with a switch. It's at the end of the long narrow corridor (look up). Behind the wall is a chest containing the Puzzling Stone Sword.
- In the room full of Corrosive Egg Insects, pick up 5x Lifegem, 1x Old Growth Balm, 10x Dung Pie and 20x Poison Throwing Knife.
- Flynn's Ring can be found above the room full of insects.

#### Spike Traps

---

- On the ground in the spikes, you can pick up 3x Torch, 3x Twinkling Titanite, 5x Holy Water Urn and 1x Human Effigy.
- Dragon Stone is found in a metal chest. The door to the chest is opened by hitting a switch.
- In the room with three Sanctum Knights and the bodies of many others awaits a Sanctum Knight Helm and the Eternal Sanctum Key.
- 5x Lloyd's Talisman inside a trapped chest.
- Bloodbite Ring +1 is in a chest.
- The Denial miracle is behind the circular contraption. Use projectiles to activate the switch behind it.
- There is a Sanctum Crossbow on a corpse just past the Hidden Sanctum Chamber bonfire.
- Before Jester Thomas, 1x Old Growth Balm.

#### Lair of the Imperfect

---

- In the water you can find 3x Petrified Dragon Bone, 3x Human Effigy, Soul of a Great Hero and 2x Dried Root.
- Head to the cliff with the Dragon Stone contraption, then go to the elevator room. Found on a corpse to the left of the elevator room is the Drakeblood Greatsword.

#### Sanctum Interior

---

- One Human Effigy is before the bridge leading to the Sanctum.
- 10x Hexing Urn near the second Drakeblood Knight.
- On a corpse in the room below the Sanctum Interior bonfire is the Drakeblood Set. This room is filled with 5 empty metal chests.
- 6x Twinkling Titanite, 3x Vine Balm, Large Soul of a Brave Warrior and 5x Small Smooth &amp; Silky Stone near the last set of Drakeblood Knights.

#### Priestess' Chamber

---

- 10x Dried Root and Lightning Clutch Ring inside chests behind the Eternal Sanctum Key door.
- Continue up the ladders. Sanctum Shield is inside a chest on the top floor.

### Notes

---

- Great place to farm Twinkling Titanite and Petrified Dragon Bone as there is a free Bonfire Ascetic on the level. Use Ascetics at the Tower of Prayer bonfire in Shulva, Sanctum City to respawn the items.(not working in new patch)
