Bonfires

Near the beginning of the level.
- Tower of Prayer
Rise the platforms in the open area full of enemies and use them to access the tower.
- Priestess' Chamber
Use the Eternal Sanctum Key to open the door in Dragon's Sanctum, then continue until you find the bonfire.

Loot
Sanctum Walk
- 3x Dragon Charm in the tunnel before the first bonfire.
- 3x Old Growth Balm close to the first bonfire.
- 5x Lifegem next to the first group of Sanctum Soldier archers.
- The Dark Quartz Ring +3 is on a platform above the first group of archers. Use the nearby rising platform to reach it.
- You can pick up a Poison Stone from a corpse near the first lance-wielding Sanctum Soldier.
- A Long Bow +7 is on a platform that can be raised. If you get stuck down there, use a bow to shoot the switch.
- 3x Goldenfruit Balm in the first building with Corrosive Egg Insects.
- Poisonbite Ring +1 is on a rooftop above the first Sanctum Soldier.
- 3x Old Growth Balm on a ledge you have to drop down to.
- 5x Lightning Urn are hidden behind some stairs.
- An Elizabeth Mushroom is in the building filled with Corrosive Egg Insects, close to the second bonfire.
- 20x Poison Throwing Knife and 5x Cracked Red Eye Orb next to the first Poison Statue Cluster.
- 30x Magic Bolt after the Statue Cluster.
The Tower of Prayer
- A free Sanctum Mace is on a static platform near the second bonfire.
- One Dried Root on a ledge under the second bonfire.
- Pick up 3x Lloyd's Talisman and 3x Twinkling Titanite in the Sanctum Soldier gauntlet to the second bonfire. (these are both governed by the first bonfire)
- 5x Torch, Notched Whip +7 and Promised Walk of Peace are near the Pagan Tree.
- 2x Darknight Stone and Thunder Quartz Ring +3 on the raisable platforms next to the second bonfire.
- 10x Rusted Coin in the elevator room before the long bridge.
- The Focus Souls sorcery is behind some pots near the bridge.
Priestess' Chamber
- The Dark Greatsword hex is inside a metal chest under the Priestess' Chamber bonfire. Ride the elevator and drop down to a ledge to reach it.
- You can also pick up 5x Torch here.
Notes
- Bug: If you repeatedly use the elevator near the Priestess' Chamber bonfire, its pressure plate may start activating on its own.
