Does not directly damage foes, but eats away
their equipment instead. Yet another
pyromancy inspired by perniciousness.
Use
Degrades the durability of enemy equipment while they are in the cloud. Has no effect in PvE, only useful for PvP.
Availability
Trade Straid of Olaphis the Royal Rat Authority Soul and 1,500 souls.
