• In the courtyard in Memory of Orro.
• On a rooftop in Memory of Vammar.
• Near the last giant of Memory of Vammar.
• Behind the first door opened by a switch in Dragon's Sanctum.
• Close to the Lair of the Imperfect bonfire in Dragon's Sanctum.
• Hidden inside an ash statue on the ashen platform before the Foyer bonfire in Brume Tower.
• Dropped by Faraam Knight Phantom in Grave of Saints.
