• At the end of the stream near the first bonfire in Forest of Fallen Giants
• On top of the wall of the area where the Heide Knight in Forest of Fallen Giants is, near the Hollow Infantry archer
• On a body resting on a dead tree in the area with scaffolding and burned bodies in Forest of Fallen Giants
• On a body after going down the ladder near the Cardinal Tower bonfire in Forest of Fallen Giants
• In the tunnel from Majula to Heide's Tower of Flame
• Two on bodies after the first building in Shrine of Amana
• In front of some stairs when progressing from the second bonfire in Undead Crypt
• Dropped by Stray Dogs in various locations
