• Awestone (if you're a member of the Company of Champions covenant)

Strategies

• Kill the Ice Rats in the area so they don't interrupt you when he spawns.
• Lure him into the area with multiple pillars to block his spells.
• Use a shield with resistance to Magic, Dark and Lightning.
• Using Yorgh's Ring or the Dispelling Ring is recommended if you are struggling.
• You can avoid fighting him by going back up the elevator. He will despawn and will not re-appear once you return.
